In attendance: Bryan Spangler, Shanelle Clayton, Jeremy Leger, Tony Lawson, Lindsay Hess, Morgan Biehn, Porter Moffitt, Angie Young

-We are renting our parking spaces in the off-season–we have 2 renters currently–$70 for trailer/RV per month, $40 for car per month. We will do a better job advertising this next year

BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED. Please remember that we are all owners of the pool/club, and not customers. We need YOU to volunteer your time to serve on the board. Current gaps include the tennis program and a vice president. Click that reply button to let me know that you are interested in helping, and we will get you started!

-Tony made a motion to make Jeremy Leger president for the 2025 year. He was unanimously approved. Thank you Jeremy!

-Continued website discussion: option 1–Porter has a contact that can re-vamp the website by using the existing interface. He recommends we use Fareharbor as the software for payments and lesson scheduling. He doesn’t think a whole re-build is necessary, and would be costly anyhow.
Option 2–New member Jon Robertson also gave us a bid for a new website. He suggests to get to work on the website for this year, and leave the payment/scheduling alone for now. Next year, phase out iClassPro, but in the interest of time, we need a functioning website to receive job applications, lesson sign-ups, etc.

-We have about 8 weeks until sign-ups begin. We aim to have sign-ups live for members on May 1st, 9am; non-members May 6th, 9am. We hope to have the tennis sign-ups available at the same time as swim lessons. Click on that reply to help us out in this endeavor!

-Exiting board members, thank you for your service! The existing board voted to remove Jamie Klimt, Kari Corroon, Lisa Petersen, Meg Lewis, Mikey Howard, Shannon Stoker, Bethany Bryant, and Shanelle Clayton. Their allowed time to serve, according to the by-laws, has expired.
Thank you again!

-The board approved new board member Morgan Biehn–welcome to Morgan!

-To keep the club more secure, a discussion was held regarding how many sets of keys are available and who has them. Tony has a set, Bryan Spangler has a set, and Heather Lance’s set will be transferred over to Lindsay Hess soon.

-The tennis courts have combo locks—this makes it so folks can use the courts and basketball hoops without having access to the pool. When the weather is nice, members are welcome to use the courts! Tennis/pickleball nets provided. Non-members are also welcome to use our courts with a fee of $20 per hour. Please spread the word! A waiver will need to be signed. Reply to this email to schedule, or DM our Instagram account. We will send you the code to the lock.

-Invoices will go out April 1st. Two options for payment:
1–You can pay with a check and mail it to our PO Box
NCSTC
20 S. Main Street
PO Box 753
Bountiful, UT 84010
2–you can pay via the Quickbooks link that will come with your invoice. This option carries a fee.

-Bryan says he is still working with the bank to get everything transferred over from Deb Bybee’s name, to our new officials. Her name and address are also on the utilities and other bills/correspondence.  It has been quite a process to get everything switched over. These businesses want additional verification including a death certificate. It’s a work in progress…

-We plan to make the employment link on the website active very soon–keep checking back

-Keep an eye out for Spring clean-up–date and time will be determined soon!

-We plan to open Saturday, May 24th! Can’t come soon enough.
