Advance Reservation Policy for Large Groups

Any member wishing to bring a group of more than 10 people, including members, must make a reservation with club management at least three (3) days in advance.

The number of group reservations permitted at any given time is subject to management discretion. Members who fail to comply with this policy risk having their group denied entry in order to preserve the safety and comfort of all members and guests.

Large groups are especially difficult to accommodate on Saturdays and holidays. Members are encouraged to coordinate with management to schedule large gatherings during less busy times.

Management may require members to cover the cost of an additional lifeguard during the requested reservation period.

Groups larger than 20 people require a private reservation.

Babysitter Policy

  • Babysitter guest policies depend on the age and swimming competency of the children being supervised.
  • In accordance with the Swimming Competency Standard, children under the age of 6 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or responsible babysitter age 16 or older while on club premises.
  • Children under the age of 8 who have not passed the Swimming Competency Test must also be accompanied by a parent or responsible babysitter age 16 or older.

Non-Water-Safe Children

Babysitters regularly employed by club members who are supervising non-water-safe children are exempt from guest fees and are not subject to the limit of four (4) visits per month.

In these situations:

  • The babysitter is responsible for supervising the children and accompanying them into the water as necessary for safety.
  • The member must identify the babysitter(s) to club management.
  • The member must sign an acknowledgment stating that the babysitter is legally responsible for the children while supervising them at the club.

Water-Safe Children

When supervising water-safe children:

  • Babysitters who remain in street clothes and do not enter the pool are exempt from guest fees and visit limits.
  • Babysitters who wish to enter the pool must pay the applicable guest fee and are subject to the four (4) visits-per-month limit.

The member employing the babysitter must identify the babysitter(s) to management and sign an acknowledgment confirming the babysitter’s responsibility for the children while at the club.

Guest Passes and Guest Policies

  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must explain all pool rules to them, especially diaper-related policies for young children.
  • Holding Members may bring guests for a fee of $8.00 per guest. The member must remain with the guest throughout the visit.
  • All guests must have a signed waiver. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Members may purchase a book of 10 guest passes for $75.00.
  • Babysitters, nannies, and grandparents attending member children are exempt from guest fees and standard guest limitations, provided they complete the required waiver and babysitter agreement.

Non-Household Guest Policy

  • Any person not residing in the member’s household is considered a guest and must pay the applicable guest fee. This includes adult children and grandchildren of members.
  • Guests staying in a member’s household for an extended period may use the club without guest fees if:
    • The member accompanies the guest for the entire visit,
    • A signed waiver is on file, and
    • Management has been notified in advance.
